Pampering for new mums

Discover quick, simple ways of treating your post-baby body with the care it deserves

Our quick tips will help you look after yourself, even while you're looking after baby.

Soothe your skin

Choose a face mask or moisturising lotion to help improve the condition of your skin. If you have developed stretch marks, look for a specially-designed stretch mark oil to help leave your skin softer and more supple.

Maintain your immune system

Lack of sleep can leave you feeling tired and depleted. Eat a varied diet and consider taking a multivitamin supplement with vitamin C to help support your immune system.

Treat your feet

Give your toes a little attention with some hand and foot cream, a nail file, buffer and your favourite polish. Who said you need to go to an expensive day spa to feel good?

...and sleep

Sleep when your baby sleeps, if you can. If you really need a night off, ask your partner to look after the baby and express some milk if you're breastfeeding. Spray your pillow with a natural lavender scent and try to catch up on some shut-eye.
